Gainful Bhaji is a one-woman operation. There is no enormous customer service department hidden behind the curtain. It's me, doing the drawing, running the shop and answering the emails.

There is no customer service department. It's me, running the shop, drawing things, answering messages and periodically remembering I made a cup of tea forty minutes ago.
Give me 3–5 working days.
I normally reply within that window. Weekends, UK time zones and the occasional particularly ambitious to-do list may complicate matters slightly.
