All physical products—including apparel, mugs, and stickers—are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party provider. This means your item begins production after you place the order.

• International: 10–20 business days

Digital Products
All digital items—including phone themes, widgets, icons, wallpapers, and animated emotes—are available as instant downloads. You’ll receive a link to download your files immediately after checkout, and they’ll also be sent to your email.

If you haven’t received your digital files within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact me directly.

Returns & Refunds

Physical Products
All physical products are made to order, which means returns are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to sort it quickly.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues—please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital items, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you’re having trouble accessing or installing your files, just send me a message—I’m always happy to help.
